This programme is aimed at junior research group leaders looking for further personal development and guidance in their day-to-day leadership tasks. To derive maximum benefit from the programme, participants should be new to their leadership role.
Experiencing Leadership
The programme for department and section heads of Leibniz institutes (middle management level in research, infrastructure and administration), who already have several years’ leadership experience.
Reflecting on Leadership
This programme is aimed at the top leadership level of the Leibniz Association institutes – the scientific and administrative directors.
